Cancellation Policy

- We do NOT offer parties to children under the age of 5. - Wheel throwing parties are only offered to children 9 years and older. Mosaic and Canvas parties are offered to ages 8 and older. - Parties may be rescheduled without losing the deposit with at least a week's notice. Less than a weeks' notice results in forfeiting the deposit. - Minimum guests to book the party room is 10 for all parties and maximum is 20. We recommend upto 15 guests for canvas parties. Wheel throwing party minimum is 8 and maximum is 12. - Once you reserve a party and time, you will need to come into our studio to select your projects as well as discuss any other details. - All our parties are drop off and pick to avoid over crowding. - A $25 tip is added to all parties. For wheel throwing parties, 10% of a wheel party total is added as a tip. - Substitutions will be made if your choice of pottery or mosaic piece is not available. - Any party booked with less than 2 weeks notice will be restricted to stock on hand. - Pottery painting, glass fusing and mosaic with grout parties require additional firing and pickup will be after 2 weeks of the party date. Only hosts are allowed to pickup finished projects. We do NOT allow party guest to pickup their projects. Wheel throwing party projects will be ready 3 weeks after the party date. - Food is not allowed to be served at wheel throwing parties.
